Like its siblings, it starts with 100% Tequilana Weber agave from a single estate in Michoacán, cooked in stone and brick ovens, milled on a roller mill, fermented without fibers in open-air stainless steel tanks with deep well water, and double distilled in a stainless pot still with a copper coil. The añejo is matured for more than a year in a combination of French oak, American white oak, ex-Cognac casks and ex-bourbon barrels, then blended and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
