The Blanco is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) after resting four months in glass, with no additives and no chill filtration. The producer describes orange rind, florals, pepper and honey on the nose with mint, cinnamon and grassy minerality, a palate of sweet agave, lemon and orange citrus and light peppery spice, and a very clean finish of citrus and spice, suggesting it neat, in a Margarita or with a crisp beer.
