The wheat is milled on a granite stone-burr mill that keeps temperatures low, then mashed, fermented and distilled on-site in a copper hybrid pot still with an elongated whiskey helmet before a second run through an 8-plate still to 95% purity. It is bottled at 40% ABV. The producer describes the spirit as soft, ultra smooth and terroir driven, with cool earthy subtleties.
