The house style is classic Lowland: light, floral, and grassy, bottled without chill filtration at natural color. Liora is the highest-strength bottle in the Twinned Cask collection, matured in ex-bourbon barrels and new American oak casks and bottled at 52% ABV. The virgin oak is what you notice first: vanilla custard, toasted oak, butter biscuits, and a lot of sweet wood spice riding on top of the light, floral Lowland spirit.
