The Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is sustainably farmed, 100% estate grown and finishes at 15.0% ABV, yet it reads balanced rather than heavy. The winemaker describes a Bordeaux-leaning nose of black cherry and cinnamon, juicy raspberry and blueberry on the palate, and a finish of toasted baguette, mocha and fresh cedar with firm, integrated oak and tannin.
