Brown's cellar work is classic for him: ripe fruit, French oak and a plush, polished texture, finishing around 14.9% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Wine Spectator's James Molesworth gave the 2023 vintage 91 points, calling it fresh and pure with a pretty gilding of violet and iris over a solid core of cassis and cherry purée and a graphite note on the finish, drinkable now through 2030.
