The Single Cask Collection bottles individual barrels exactly as they come from the cellar, with no blending, no chill-filtration and no reduction with water. This limited edition was distilled in 2016 from Grande Champagne Ugni Blanc, double distilled on the lees in copper pot stills to preserve aromatic richness, and aged seven years in a single French oak cask before bottling at 53.5% ABV (107 proof) in a 750ml bottle. At this age and strength Ferrand's Grande Champagne spirit shows its youthful side: the house describes the cru's eaux-de-vie as floral and fruity on the vine, gaining vanilla, honey and baking spice from oak, and the Single Cask series is positioned for drinkers who want that profile undiluted. Each cask yields only a few hundred bottles and is sold in select U.S. markets, making it a rare chance to taste a young Grande Champagne at full cask strength from one of the region's most storied families.

Buy Ferrand Single Cask Collection 2016 7 Year Grande Champagne Cognac online with fast shipping right to your door.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0057/8089/7892/files/ferrand-single-cask-collection-2016-7-year-grande-champagne-cognac_3faa1a1f-0698-4646-a9c5-22751d54bb80.jpg?v=1793210255
