Whiskeyfellow found dill, mint, oak, cinnamon, and brown sugar on the nose with rich caramel underneath; Tortured Bourbon landed on toffee, clove, and citrus zest with a touch of malt sweetness; the distillery's own notes call out graham cracker, salted caramel, and nutmeg. The high wheat gives it a soft, silky texture that reads more approachable than most bourbons at this proof.
