La Pouyade, named for the estate itself, is a Vieille Grande Champagne aged roughly seven to eight years, bottled at 42% ABV (84 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The Bartender Spirits Awards, where it was recognized in 2021, describe a nose of honey, leather and spice, a palate where the honey builds alongside roasted pear and caramel, and a long cinnamon finish.
