There are no artificial ingredients or added sugars, and the finished spirit is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV). The distillery describes the goal as a balance of citrus, bitterness and heat, and recommends it as a drop-in replacement for tequila in margaritas, palomas and other tequila cocktails.
