The distillery explains that moonshine historically meant illegally made spirit, but American corn whiskey can legally be sold unaged, which lets this bottle nod to that tradition. Kings County calls it a purist's spirit, comparable to silver tequila or white rum, and recommends it neat or in a martini with dry vermouth and olive brine. The high malt content draws more on Scotch whisky than typical bourbon.
