Aged 10 years than finished in fine Hungarian Oak sourced from the slow growing Quercuz Petraea. The barrels were aired dried outside for more then two years, with that being said natural moss grows inside of the barrel which ultimately releases more vanillin. A delicate, sweet wood like taste. Flavor is surrounded by sweet wood overtones and finishes with a smooth round mouth feel.
