This bourbon is produced annually in limited quantities, aged at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in accordance with the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Expect sakura blossom, butterscotch, toasted almond, and clover honey on the nose, opening into a rich, chewy palate of brown sugar, clove, orange peel, cinnamon, and amaretto with grilled peaches, star anise, and brown-butter-baked apples, finishing dry with just enough rye spice to balance the sweetness.
