Coeur de Vigne, \"heart of the vine,\" is the estate's signature Cabernet Sauvignon and the blend shifts with each harvest; the 2022 returned to a Cabernet-dominant style at around 80% Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, and recent vintages have aged about 22 months in heavily new French oak. It bottles at 14.8% ABV in 750ml. VinePair's Keith Beavers scored the 2022 a remarkable 97 points, finding deep, concentrated black and red fruit with savory earth, herb and saline accents, a full body and ample tannins that reward patience in the cellar.
