svv-jubilee-napa-valley-cabernet-sauvignon
SVV Jubilee Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Jubilee is the flagship Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from SVV, a small-production label distributed in limited three-bottle allocations that has quietly built a following among collectors looking for Napa depth without the cult-wine price tag. The fruit is sourced from established Napa Valley Cabernet vineyards, and the wine is made in the classic modern Napa idiom: fully ripe fruit, extended maceration for depth of color and tannin, and aging in French oak barrels with a significant share of new wood for close to two years before bottling. Expect a dark, full-bodied Cabernet with cassis, blackberry and black cherry at the core, layered with cedar, vanilla, graphite and dark chocolate, then a broad, velvety mid-palate, ripe tannin and a long, warm finish. The 2018 vintage in Napa was a long, mild and near-ideal growing season, producing wines widely regarded as among the most balanced and age-worthy of the decade. Decant 30 to 60 minutes and serve with a dry-aged ribeye, braised short ribs or lamb shoulder. 750ml bottle. Vintages may vary; we ship the current release.

Buy SVV Jubilee Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon online with fast shipping right to your door.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0057/8089/7892/files/svv-jubilee-napa-valley-cabernet-sauvignon_f3c02811-20e7-41aa-8e34-57c4907b8aef.jpg?v=1793371296
