The base is a house vodka made from 100% Pacific Northwest grain, Washington red winter wheat, distilled until clean and neutral. Seven botanicals are then fractionally distilled, each on its own, and blended: juniper, Seville orange, Douglas fir, cardamom, fennel seed, coriander and Braeburn apple, the apples originally picked from Liedholm's own Seattle backyard tree. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), 750ml. The distillery describes a classic juniper foundation lifted by bright Seville orange and the earthy freshness of Douglas fir on the nose, with cardamom, fennel and coriander spice unfolding on the palate alongside a hint of sweet apple. Wine \u0026amp; Spirits Magazine called it wonderfully fresh, with juniper in front balanced by floral coriander, tangy citrus and pine.
