  • Lavender-Honey Bourbon Cocktail

  • The perfect way to kick off summer in late spring is with bourbon drinks with honey and floral lavender simple syrup. Strain the lavender flowers once cooled and add to an ice-filled glass with 2-3-ounces bourbon, ½ squeezed lime, and 4-ounces ginger ale.

  • Bourbon Honey Strawberry Smash

  • In the dog days of summer, a bourbon honey strawberry smash is a delicious way to cool down and enjoy in-season fruit while relaxing on a patio. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 halved strawberries, 2 lemon slices, and ¼ cup fresh mint with ½ tsp honey and 2-ounces bourbon. Fill with ice and shake. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into glasses filled with ice. Top off with soda water and a strawberry and mint sprig garnish.
