Coconut Mint Julep

Muddle one mint sprig with one fourth ounce coconut sugar, add one and a half ounce coconut rum, one fourth ounce Orgeat and a cup of crushed ice.  Add half ounce of dark rum on top and garnish with coconut flakes and mint sprigs. Add more ice if needed and enjoy this minty refreshing beverage.

Coconut Martini

Combine one and a half ounce of vanilla vodka, one and a half ounce Brinley Shipwreck Coconut Rum Cream, and a splash of pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.  Shake and pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with coconut flakes and pineapple.

Bushwacker
