    Make it:

    Place sugar cube inside an old fashioned glass. Splash the bitters over the sugar and muddle. Fill the glass with large ice pieces, add the bourbon and stir well.     Make it:

    • 1 ½ ounces bourbon

    Make it:

    Place mint and sugar cube or simple syrup into a julep cup. Muddle well to dissolve the sugar. Add the bourbon, fill the glass with crushed ice and stir well. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Many chose to make this drink with Crown Royal Bourbon

  • John Collins

  • As the tall version of the whiskey sour, the John Collins is a favorite highball cocktail among many bourbon drinkers, offering a refreshing combination of sparkling, sweet and sour.


    • 1 ½ ounces bourbon
    • 1-ounce lemon juice
    • ½ ounce simply syrup
    • 2-ounces club soda
    • Garnish: maraschino cherry and orange slice

    Make it:

    • Boiling water to fill a mug
    • 4 cloves (or cinnamon stick)
    • 1 lemon peel or wheel
    • 2 tsp brown sugar or honey
    • ¼ ounce lemon juice
    • 2-ounces bourbon

    Make it:
