Description: It all began with an idea: to take our signature five-year whiskey and explore the effects of aging it for three more years in the barrel. The outcome? Absolutely extraordinary.

In our Woodinville distillery, we carefully mash and distill the grains for this authentic, grain-to-glass bourbon before placing them in our private barrel houses. The extreme temperature variations in Central Washington enhance the extraction of the barrel oak’s natural flavors throughout the eight-year maturation process. We season our barrels for 24 months before coopering them, and we heavily toast and lightly char them to add a rich complexity.

The combination of well-seasoned oak, new barrel finishing, a unique mashbill, and extended aging contributes to the whiskey's depth of character and flavor. Each bottle of this limited release is uniquely numbered, making it a true collector’s item.
