The Cristalino is aged as an añejo in charred American and French oak, blended by master distiller Alex Coronado, then charcoal-filtered to remove the color while keeping the barrel's vanilla and spice, and hand-labeled and wax-sealed at 40% ABV. Expect a nose of cooked agave, vanilla, honey, and a faint toasted oak with the line's signature spice, opening into a silky, rich, gently sweet palate of agave, caramel, cinnamon, and almond with a clean, long finish and no color to give the age away.
