Cherry explosion with hints of vanilla. Very nice legs and finish that gently floats away. My first impression was similar profile to an ‘18 GTS but without the earthy elements that a fresh crack GTS has present. Totally impressed and a significant bottle being the shortest barrel. Only a few of us will ever know this gem!
This is a very great short barrel. Thick viscous fluid with tasting notes of red cherry and mild cigar box, and vanilla that linger for minutes after sipping. In comparison to other MGP short barrels of OKI, Belle Meade, SAOS and Blaum this one has the barrel char(cigar box) of Blaum and the hints of cherry similar to the BM 12’s only thicker.
