Throughout its history, Giulio Cocchi has used the aperitif wine Americano profile to highlight the fine aromatic grapes of Piemonte. Here the Brachetto d’Acqui wine base provides this white rose rich berry notes as the famous sparkling wine of the same variety, while a traditional bitter base with ginger provides a rounder profile. The floral, spicy character of Cocchi Rosa is ideal with club soda and a lemon or grapefruit peel. Try in cocktails incorporating a wide variety of fruits.
