Archipelago — ARC for short — comes from Full Circle Craft Distillers, the Philippines' first craft gin producer, and this expression is built around organic Japanese black bamboo cultivated on the founding family's own farm, a botanical no one else was distilling. It sits on the house's signature base: whole-kernel French winter wheat grown in the Champagne region, which rounds the spirit with a faint caramel sweetness, and Italian juniper as the structural anchor, joined by cardamom and supporting spice. Bottled at 45% ABV, it took Gold at the 2023 Asian Spirits Masters in London.
