Founder Alex Wolpert built it as a producer of honest, well-made spirits at fair prices, and the London Dry is the flagship: a classic in structure, distilled in the East End with juniper at the center and a supporting cast that adds a touch of the contemporary — coriander, angelica, lemon and pink grapefruit peel, cubeb berries, and a note of cassia — bottled at 40% ABV.
