Description: We wanted to create a vermouth that captured the Mediterranean citrus aromas of the region where our winery is located, so we infused a blend of aromatic herbs and citrus peels. After macerating for several months, we added a specially aged sweet white wine called mistela. This vermouth has a sweet, herbal aroma with notes of star anise, lemon verbena, quina, and angelica. On the palate, it has a slight sweetness and distinct bitterness, finishing with a citrus fruit flavor.
