Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond 10 Year is the Spring 2024 decanter — ten-year wheated Heaven Hill bourbon at 100 proof in the 1950s-style glass — and Breaking Bourbon rated it 3.5 out of 5, a satisfying, well-rounded sip and an upgrade on the prior release. Breaking Bourbon: butterscotch, apple, raspberry, sweet oak, and honey on the nose; brown sugar, caramel, oak, nutmeg, and green tea on the palate; and a finish of oak, white pepper, barrel char, warm spice, and vanilla.
