Crafted to mark LM&V's 5th Anniversary, this singular cask commemorates the partnership between La Maison du Whisky & Velier. Distilled using pot stills from fermented molasses, this rum matured for two years in Fiji's tropical environment before spending an additional 8 years aging in the continental European climate. Presented without additives, it is bottled at cask strength, boasting an ABV of 65.3%.
