This Bellevue Agricole Single Barrel Rum is a vibrant and expressive agricole rum crafted at Distillerie Bellevue in Marie-Galante, Guadeloupe, a region renowned for producing some of the world’s finest sugarcane spirits. Distilled in 2016 from fresh sugarcane juice and matured entirely in a once-used bourbon barrel until bottling in 2025, this cask strength release delivers a beautifully layered profile of grassy cane, tropical fruit, citrus, vanilla, light spice, and subtle herbal complexity. The volcanic terroir and column distillation process combine to create a rum that is both refined and intensely flavorful despite its relatively young age.
