FedEx is terrible

I had thiswhen I was in San Diego last year, my fiancé and I both loved it, and I wanted to give her a bottle for her birthday, but unfortunately it made it all the way from San Diego to Savannah Georgia and then FedEx broke it… Hopefully I’ll get another one soon, but from this point on, I will only be using UPS. I’ve ordered a lot of bottles from your store, and I truly appreciate the work that you guys do, but not happy with FedEx. Thanks.
