Bedford Park is a Toronto-based independent bottler that has become one of the most exciting names in North American rum in just a few years — selecting single casks from distilleries like Hampden, Foursquare, and Caroni, bottling them at cask strength with no additives or chill filtration, and dressing them in the striking "Shady Grove" label art of Toronto artist Elise Conlin. It yielded just 178 bottles at a cask strength of 54.9% ABV.
