The nose shows dried orange with Meyer lemon zest, wet clay and forest floor, vanilla bean, and toasted meringue. The palate brings honeycomb and warm wooden notes with sweet orange blossom, membrillo (quince paste), and blanched almonds, finishing long and gently spiced.
