Fred Noe, seventh-generation master distiller, blended 2024-01 — the first batch of 2024 — from the standard Beam mash bill of 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley, entered at 125 proof in #4 char barrels, and bottled at 124.5 proof (62.25% ABV), non-chill filtered, from barrels across Beam's Clermont and Boston warehouses.
