Botanika Angelica Bitters is a bitter aperitivo liqueur from Botanika Angelica, a small Slovenian producer that builds its liqueurs around angelica root and botanicals foraged from the country's alpine and Mediterranean landscapes. This red bitter is made in the style of the classic Italian aperitivo, with angelica, gentian, bitter orange and herbs, and bottled at 30% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The taste is bright bitter orange and herbs with earthy angelica, a pleasant gentian bitterness and a balanced sweetness, finishing clean and dry.
