Botanika Angelica Elderflower is an elderflower liqueur from Botanika Angelica, a small Slovenian producer that makes botanical liqueurs from plants foraged and grown in the country's alpine meadows and Mediterranean coast. Fresh elderflower blossoms, picked in early summer, are infused to capture their honeyed, floral perfume, with a touch of angelica for depth. Bottled at 25% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The taste is fresh elderflower with honey, pear and citrus, a gentle sweetness and a clean, floral finish, less sugary than mass-market elderflower liqueurs.
