Mash Bill #1 is the low-rye recipe — Kentucky corn, Minnesota rye, and North Dakota malted barley, believed 10% rye or less — sour-mashed with limestone water from the site, double-distilled through the column and doubler, and bottled unaged at 125 proof (62.5% ABV), the barrel entry proof, in a 375ml.
