This Cadenhead's 12 Year Old is an independent bottling from The English Whisky Company, whose St. George's Distillery in Norfolk opened in 2006 as England's first purpose-built malt whisky distillery in more than a century. It is an unusual sight in the Cadenhead's range: Scotland's oldest independent bottler, founded in 1842 and based in Campbeltown, reaching south of the border for a cask worth bottling.
