The family's 100% blue Weber agave tequila is aged for more than three years to extra añejo standard, with a finish in casks that previously held French cognac, then bottled from a single barrel at 42.22% ABV without blending.
The cognac cask brings dried fruit, grape, and delicate floral notes to the tequila's cooked agave, caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, creating a rich, elegant spirit that drinks like a fine brandy.
