Casa Mexico Añejo is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, made the traditional way: the agave is slow-baked in clay ovens, naturally fermented, and double distilled in stainless steel pot stills, then rested for a minimum of 12 months in new American white oak barrels.
Casa Mexico uses only natural processes to obtain its exceptional taste and caramel hue, and the distillery is confident enough to call it the best añejo tequila. The new oak brings vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood over the sweet cooked agave, with a smooth, rounded texture and a warm finish at 40% ABV.
