After marrying for six months, this batch was returned to a European oak Oloroso sherry butt for its finishing period. Distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2016, it is limited to just 771 numbered bottles.
Bottled at 86 proof, the sherry finish layers richness over the mature malt: fresh, sweet pear and nuts on the nose, then butterscotch and walnut on a rounded palate, finishing smooth, aromatic and nutty.
