Edmond Briottet Crème de Pêche is a peach liqueur from Briottet, the family house founded in Dijon, Burgundy, in 1836 and best known for its crème de cassis. Ripe peaches are macerated to capture their juicy, fragrant flavor and sweetened with sugar in the classic crème de fruits style, with no artificial flavors. Bottled at 18% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The taste is fresh, ripe peach with a soft, honeyed sweetness and a clean, fruity finish.
