High Goal Luxury Gin was co-founded by American polo player Nic Roldan, who fell for gin while playing the sport in the UK, and is produced by Grain & Barrel Spirits in Charleston, South Carolina. Built on a corn-based spirit and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it uses Meyer lemon and Kentucky mint as its signature botanicals alongside juniper, coriander and cardamom.
