Høvding Aquavit is a 750ml Norwegian aquavit made with the finest botanicals found in Norway. Caraway leads, as tradition demands, joined by coriander, star anise, fennel seed, orange peel, lemon peel and licorice, along with other botanicals from the distillery's own garden.
It is well rounded, soft and mellow, with a taste of dried fruits and apricots and an elegant, lingering finish of subtle spice. Serve it ice-cold in a small glass with smoked fish or a holiday table the Scandinavian way, or use it in a Nordic twist on a martini or Bloody Mary.
