Journeyman Distillery Bilberry Black Hearts Gin comes from Three Oaks, Michigan, where Journeyman distills in a former corset and buggy-whip factory. It is made from organically grown Michigan wheat with juniper, coriander, anise, angelica, bilberry, cinnamon, lemon, orange and orris root, and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof). The bilberry, a wild European cousin of the blueberry, gives the gin its name and its signature fruit note.
