La Fée Absinthe Parisienne
La Fée Absinthe Parisienne is a 750ml, 68% ABV verte absinthe and the first traditional absinthe distilled in France since the 1915 ban, created in collaboration with the French Absinthe Museum in Auvers-sur-Oise. It is distilled with grande wormwood, génépi, fennel, anise, coriander and hyssop from a 19th-century recipe refined to let the delicate herbs shine.
Its natural green color comes from macerating herbs in spirit and is protected by a UV-resistant bottle, and each 750ml bottle comes with a stainless steel La Fée serving spoon. Serve it the classic way with a sugar cube and iced water for the full louche, or use a rinse in a Sazerac. No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
