This selection was aged in oak for over four years and bottled straight from the barrel without dilution.
At full cask strength it shows concentrated baked apple, caramel, oak spice and a long, robust finish. Sip it neat or with a splash of water, or use it to build a powerful Jack Rose or apple brandy Old Fashioned. Single barrel selections are limited and each cask is unique.
