Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur is a 750ml, 30% ABV botanical gin liqueur created in Los Angeles by Dr. Nicola Nice, a sociologist who set out to make a spirit inspired by the women of Victorian and Edwardian drawing rooms. It is distilled and infused with whole natural botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, grapefruit, bitter orange, cucumber, lychee, raspberry, lavender and jasmine pearls.
Softer and lightly sweet compared to a dry gin, with floral, fruity and citrus layers, it is designed to be sipped over ice or topped with tonic or sparkling wine, and it makes a beautiful base for a spritz, a gin sour or a Tom Collins.
