The Mizunara Founder's Collection is fifteen-year Kentucky bourbon from Kaveh Zamanian's own sourced reserve, finished a year in Japanese Mizunara oak and bottled at 114.2 proof — Drinkhacker gave it an A, 9.5 out of 10, one of the highest scores the site awards. Zamanian, a clinical psychologist, founded Rabbit Hole in 2012 and opened the glass-walled downtown Louisville distillery in 2018; the Founder's Collection is his personal-stock series — old barrels he bought before the distillery existed, released a few hundred bottles at a time.
