Rives 1880 Spanish Superieur Dry Gin is the extra-premium artisanal dry gin from Rives Pitman, the family distillery founded in 1880 in El Puerto de Santa María on the Bay of Cádiz, one of the historic homes of Spanish gin. It is slow-distilled by the original method and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), and it is regarded as one of the most iconic gins in Spain.
Expect a refined, juniper-led dry gin with bright citrus and a gentle herbal warmth, smooth and clean in the way the Spanish gin-tonic demands: serve it in a large balloon glass over lots of ice with premium tonic and a twist of lemon or a few juniper berries.
