Rives Pink Spanish Gin is the pink expression from Rives Pitman, the family distillery founded in 1880 in El Puerto de Santa María on the Bay of Cádiz, in the heart of Spain's sherry country. It takes the house's classic dry gin and adds red fruit flavors and a rosy hue, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
The result is a soft, fruit-forward gin where strawberry and red-berry sweetness sits over the juniper and citrus without turning it into a liqueur. It is made for the Spanish way of drinking gin: a tall balloon glass full of ice, premium tonic, and a few fresh strawberries or a twist of lemon, and it also makes a lovely spritz with prosecco and soda or a pink Gimlet.
